hallo to all of you,
it happens even more often....i can't shut off my video i-pod...the only thing is to hang it on the computer or to drain the battery....sorry I don't like it to be reglemented by a device.....any suggestions??
bought the video i-pod last November 05 from macmall..should be still on warranty....living in Baton Rouge Louisiana .....where should I bring it to?? The next apple dealer ???
The next question what I have is :
where to get a connection cable to load my didital pictures from my nikon cool pix directly to my i-pod at a reasonable price.
Thanks for all your help

My problem is worse...the darned thing won't turn off...ever. Anyone know if I'm screwed and have to return it or what? This started since yesterday. I've reset, but to no avail.
Edit: Ok, now as I type this, the damned thing goes to sleep.
Errrr...

Here is something for the camera, the Nikons do come with the USB cable that isn't included with the camera thing, so for 30 bucks you should be in the clear! Oh, and good luck with the iPod.
Search "digital" in the store search menu, and on like the 3rd page you will see the simple adapter that will plug directly into your ipod and usb cable from your camera (at the same time).

I miss the days of the G5 and XPS Pentium 4 running side by side as high-end machines.

My nano has decided that it won't work at all. The click wheel seems to have died, so I can't get files to play and I can't turn it off. The screen will light up and it will recharge.
Is there a way to reboot the thing?
Thanks!

toggle the hold switch - off and on once,
then hold then menu and select button for 10 seconds.
this will restart your ipod. i use this when my nano freezes (which thankfully doesnt happen too much!)
