I have some music videos on my computer from friends memory cards (PSP's and such), and my brand new iPod doesnt want to play them. So i converted them to the iPod format (whatever that was, it didnt tell me) but when it gets converted, and i try to play it, it has no sound. not even in my iTunes. I bought a few videos from iTunes itself, and those play fine. Help?

If you're running Windows, check iLounge.com for equivalent (and hopefully also free) software.

i do run windows, and most of the stuff ive looked at isnt free. I looked on iLounge and there was only one program for Windows, which wasnt free either but it said it was just something like a backup iTunes.
