So yesterday I was using my Ipod and it just stopped. It was fully charged (I had it pluged in for a day and a half), but it wouldn't play any songs. Then it just shut off and the apple icon came up. I tried to 'reset' it by toggeling (sp?) the hold switch and then pressing the center button and menu and this weird frowning face logo came up. I went to Ipod support, but the suggestions they had didn't help. Then I took it back to Best Buy, where I bought it and have a service plan through, and the Geek Squad guy couldn't fix it so he sent it out. He said that it would either be fixed or they will give me another one if fixing it isn't 'cost effective.' Has this happened to anyone else? What did they do about it? Thanks for any imput!
