iPod Video freeze after 5-10 minutes play

I have a strange problem with my videos. they always freeze 5-10 minutes out in the video. sometimes less sometimes more. i have installed lates firmware. i have restored ipod. and i have tried generating videos with Moviepod and with iSquint. same problem all the time. any suggestions? could this one be defective? never have this problem with audio files.

Try playing a free video from the iTunes Music Store. If it still happens, call Apple.
