shuffle won't mount

	My daughter has a 512 shuffle that she loves so I bought my wife the same model. The new one came with Itunes 6 which I installed and everything worked fine----till I tried my daughters it simply will not mount and Itunes preferences tells me that "no Ipod is connected" anybody help.
