I'm thinking about buying a broken iPod Nano off eBay. If I'm correct, Apple has a 1 year warranty on thier Nano's and the Nano was released September 8 meaning that all Nanos are still under warranty. If I take the Nano into the Apple Store, will they fix it for me even though I'm the second owner of it?

From what I hear, yes.

Just make sure the damage isn't something not covered under Apple's Warranty.
Linkinus is king.
