Damn, the iPod video comes with such an awesome screen protector - the plastic wrapper around it. It protects every scratchable surface; however, I will have to remove it to charge and USE the ipod... I don't want to remove it until I get a proper screen protector for my ipod though, preferrably one that covers the whole thing - like the one that came with the ipod initially.

Any suggestions would be awesome!

Bullet Proof Shields are ok. I don't know why they call them that though. Anyways, it's a relatively hard layer you apply over your iPod. It covers the top and probably 80% of the bottom but doesn't cover the sides. The only thing with overlays like this is that you get a big air bubble where the click wheel is. So if you buy one, I suggest tracing the clickwheel onto the overaly and then cutting it out and applying the pieces separately. Other than that, it works awesome and usually sells for $8. You can get these at Walmart or Futureshop. Oh and by the way, it doesn't distort the image on your screen. That's an added plus

I think the Invisible Shield could solve your problem, they are pretty tough and as far as I know cover pretty much all of the iPod. Here's a link.

Oh yeah and they offer a lifetime warranty, so if it does scratch they send you a replacement.

Careful leaving it on, there was a small sticker with French writing on the side of mine that I didnt notice for a few hours and when I pulled it off there was loads of glue left behind that took a while to get off.
Think the heat might have melted it a bit because all the other stickers came off fine.

=O

Thanks for the tip! My iPod hasn't heated up excessively yet, so I guess it's ok. Mine didn't come with a small sticker though
