Hi, I'm using a iTunes (WinXP) to import the songs to my iPod (video 60Gb). But all my pictures are managed in the iPhoto (Macbook). Can I import the pictures from my Macbook to iPod without deleting the songs in the iPod? Thanks.

network them together...
set your itunes lib on the macbook to point to the itunes folder on your pc.

How can I keep the playcount, album artwork, playtime and rating? Thanks.
