Has the U2 iPod also been updated with its new 30gb brother's same features (brighter screen, battery life, Search feature, new headphones, etc.)?
I have (had) the original U2 iPod I got for Christmas in 2004. But last night I was in the bathroom and, well, let say it's was tragically submerged in liquid and is no longer operational.
I notice Apple's website has the battery life ~/ipod/u2 changed and it's now $279 instead of $329...
Is there packaging difference from the video iPods last week as opposed to the one now? Is there a SKU change between last week's iPod and this week's? That would probably be the easiest way to ensure I buy the new one, right? Does anyone know what last week's U2 iPod was?
