it just stopped working! its always dead and now everytime i turn it on an ipod picture with a sad face shows up and under it, it says: www.apple.com/ipod/support but apple doesn't have ipod mini support anymore! Can anyone here help me?

Try doing this and provide your feedback if you have resolved the issue

In most cases, the sad iPod icon indicates a hardware issue
