iPod>games [HELP ME]

	i am trying to download the new ipod software the 1.2 [i think] and it says i cant because "firmware file is missing" i have already bought mini golf and i dont want it to go to waste. is there a way i can download a firmware file? is this a factory error? was it something i did? please tell me
