Can anyone explain to me what enabling disk use is/does? I have it enabled, should it be? Thanks for the help.

The iPod is capable of being used as a hard drive. Transfer files, documents...whatever!
It can even be used as a nifty MPEG player.

Enable iPod Disk Use Mode
iPod: "Enable Disk Use" dimmed in Preferences
