There are some programs that will allow you to do this. I thought there was at least one that was freeware, but I can't seem to find it now (of course, it would be helpful to know if you're on a Mac or Windows machines). Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You should know, however, that even if you do get them off of your iPod, unless you had the "Store full resolution copies" option selected, the photos will be considerably smaller than the originals.

Then make sure you have "disk use" enabled for the iPod and just plug it in. It should appear on your desktop like a hard disk. Go inside and find the folder with the full res pictures (I don't remember if it's in the root directory or not, but it shouldn't be hard to find). Then copy them to your computer and add them to iPhoto, etc.
