iPodScreenSaver

[Clipped image describing the requirements]

The image said it was only for the iPod 5G?
It seems to work on my 5G when hooked up to my iMac when I hit eject (disconnect). (may work on charger only (no computer) also?)
iPod must be enabled for disk use.
I used capitals (may work in lowercase) for my files.

It's what the Mac stores use to demo their iPods. You can make any demo video file for this.

iPod must be hooked up to a power source? (external battery may work also)

This interesting, though I'm sure you can say good bye to battery life.

Interesting, but it would be good if you described it instead of linking to a graphic.

From Make feedback:

This fails to mention that it also wipes out your customized settings on the iPod, I just lost all my menu settings and everything else is back to defaults.

I think it's pretty clear that this is intended for use in stores where they have a display model. I doubt if the average user could get much use out of it. Still, it's kind of cool.

for someone with an external battery on their iPod Video 5G, I think it will work.

You could make a cool demo video for your iPod. = This is the type of crap that makes your iPod different. It also works and it's simple = Even I did it !! and I'm not the most campy geek either.
