I have heard rumors of a programme which will allow me to upload the photos on my ipod onto a computer as well as doing the same with the mp3s. Does anyone know if this actually exsists and if so what its called and where I can download it from?

Questions here tend to get answered a lot more quickly, btw, if you
a) let people know your problem BEFORE they have to click on the thread, which many don't do if they don't have time to waste, and
b) let people get at least an *idea* of what the hell system you're running.

Most of us here are Mac folk. We'll help, but don't think that we'll assume you're running XP.
