Anybody ever hear of this?

It plays the mp3's fine but the iTunes songs we paid for don't play on it.

(Just remembered one thing. This computer has accounts for both of my sons and they both have their own iPods and thier own music in thier own accounts. Don't know if this has anything to do with it.)

Do they not upload to the iPod or do not play on the iPod after you upload it?

Just make sure that the songs have been authorized for play by trying to play them using the computer. Then resync the iPod.

The purchased songs are on the iPod along with the MP3's. He just can't play the MP3's.
