I'm bumping and adding thatI saw the FAQ, but iTunes has been updated since that was posted and I can't find "Ipod preferences," or the instructions to follow in the new version.

you attach both computers to each other via firewire and start one computer up in target disk mode and copy one music folder to the other. or just connect them up via a network and set up the computer that has the music on it to share it and you should be able to access the music from the computer that doesnt have the content on it.
