I'm checking out options for recording on the iPod. After searching and reading online, it looks like there are a couple options now ...

My question is, how does recording to the iPod compare to recording to other recording devices, such as Zoom h4 Recorder?

FYI, I give presentations and need to run a line from the sound board to the recording device. I'd like to post mp3s to a website/podcast.

Well, if there's personal experience, any guesses which might be better?

I'm leaning toward a dedicated portable recording device, but would like some input on the iPod possibilities first.
