Forgive me if this has been discussed before... I do not regularly visit this forum at Macnn...5

I have a 60gb iPod clkick wheel I bought mid-2005... pre video. It happily plays the music I put on my computer from my own CDs, but it will not play the songs I downloaded for 99 cents from Apple... These downloaded songs play on my iMac G-4 just fine using the iTunes software... and I have updated the software on my iPod...

What if anything am I doing wrong? The name & info for the songs shows up in the iPod window for 10 seconds, never plays and then goes on to the next song...

I have the same problem from time to time. Plug your iPod in and force iTunes to sync with it. That should fix the problem; that works for me. I bet it has something to do with DRM, since it only happens with DRM-encrusted files.
