-warranty issues

Any comments?

I am pretty happy with my relatively new 5 G iPod but this is brow-rising piece of news really...

I don't know if there's something wrong with the way Apple Australia is handling things, but I certainly haven't heard of those kinds of issues with the iPod or Apple's service in general.
