hi, i am using i pod 20Gb, and the problem is that :
as there is 17Gb music playlists in the pod, as shown from the capacity available in " about" item, however, no songs , not even one, or playlist shown in the monitor and of, can't play the music ? any hint for me .
P.s.i am using i Tune 7.0.2

Backup any data you may have on the drive and restore the iPod.
