Believe it not, I would like to use my new "free" 4gb iPod and share it with my daughter. I have a new iMac ann prefer a mix of "Classic" rock, some classic country "Johnny Cash" and a blend of new "pop" songs.

She has a Windows XP laptop, listens mostly to current pop type hits, but some current country and some select new age stuff.

I want 2gb of the iPod and give her 2gb. We can trade based on what we are doing/going. I know you have to set the iPod on manual when you plug it in to prevent the synch issue with each computer.

As a new iMac user, iTunes seems incredibly difficult to use for managing songs. It was easy with the old creative player and a USB cable.
