Okay all, I need help. My mom got an iPod nano for Christmas last year, and this year my wife and I want to get her a speaker system for it, because she's expressed interest in having an alarm clock that will work with her iPod. Unfortunately most of the ones under $100 have rather poor sound quality or other issues. We need something that has a built-in digital clock (a la the iHome iH5B) so that she can replace her alarm clock with it. I know the iPod has a built-in alarm function, but that's not what she wants, so please, no corrective suggestions.
Anyway, I'm hoping to hear some first-hand experience and/or recommendations on the subject. We're budget-conscious, so if you know of any sales or discounts from particular retailers or websites, that'd be great also.
