Okay, so I bougth a 30 gb iPod for myself and loaded it up today - no problem. I also bought a shuffle for my MIL and I loaded it up and now it won't let me eject it because it says "it contains files that are in use by another application." I've been on every Apple help site on the internet. Can anyone help me? Am I missing something?

Do you have 'enable disk use' enabled? If so, disable it, sync again, wait for the 'iPod update is complete' message, and see if it unmounts properly.
