Two new games released by Apple over the past day: Sudoku and a new solitaire
Bought Sudoku earlier and played it during a commute. Very addictive and the visuals are stunning - Japanese garden backdrop, which scrolls as you move further into the menu system.
The control system is fairly clever: you select a square the same way you select a calendar date, then click, then a vertical menu lets you choose a number, including the "temporary" numbers you might use to record possibilities. Probably as efficient as possible given a device with so few buttons.
Anyway, though it worth 5 bucks to kill time every now and then.
