Hey All! So the Nike+ thing looks really cool, but I have a 40g Ipod Photo that I really love and I don't want to buy a Nano just to use this. Will the Nike+ work w/ my Ipod??
Thanks,
sarah

Sorry Sarah. The Nike+ kit only works with the iPod nano. Apple hasn't released a firmware update for the the other ipod models.

Slick shoes?!! Are you crazy?!!

And you'll have problems running with your hard drive based iPod. My roommate tried but as soon as the buffer runs out the iPod stops playing because it refuses to access the hard drive while it's being shaken around.

ok thanks guys! I didn't know that you couldn't run with a full size ipod....well then it might just be better to buy a nano then. Are nanos 'jog proof' so the music won't be choppy when I run???

Yes, the nanos (and shuffles) are flash-based instead of hard drive based, so there are no moving parts inside to get shaken around.
