Recreating a Playlist in itunes/ Ipod Nano

A Newbie Ipod user here.

I accidentally deleted my playlists and was wondering if there is a way to recreate them back. I've had my ipod for about a month, had about 75 songs so far and feeling for the mess up.

I'd appreciate any help
