I've had my 30g video ipod for a while now, and I love it, but there are a few things that annoy me. I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of these small quirks. I only have a couple for now.
1. When going into "Video Playlists", the recently added and recently played show songs, in addition to movies. Given that I have many more songs than movies, these playlists almost entirely show the songs I have recently added or played. Why aren't the video playlists exclusive? I realize that I don't have exclusive playlists in itunes, but if these show songs, then why is it listed under "Video Playlists" in the ipod?
2. Music videos are listed with the rest of the music. When I select them while I am in the music list, it just displays the first frame, and the time elapsed bar. To actually watch the video, I'll have to go to the specific music videos list. I realize that itunes lists the music videos with the actual songs, but why does the ipod only play it from the "music videos" list? Of course, I could simply not classify it as "music video" in the info of itunes, but that label is there for a reason.
Conclusion: 1. video playlists should be exclusive and separate from songs. 2. music videos should be played regardless of the list it is in, or should be only accessible in the music videos list.
