I wear my g2 4gb Nano around my neck and would like to try one of the wireless remotes availble, but are gen1 and gen2 docks the same?

Anyone have a report on using a wireless remote. All I really want to do is change volume or pause. I have my motorcycle helmet and coat on and need to mute the music without removing the coat.

Thanks

The dock connector on the bottom of the iPod is the same, but a physical dock that the iPod sits in is not the same, due to the different shape. If you just have something that plugs into the bottom of the iPod, you'll be fine.
