Hi

I have a couple of questions regarding I Tunes. Hopefully someone can help clear them up for me.

There are some specific songs that I am interested in which are available on the I Tunes US store but are not available in the Australian store. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way I should go about obtaining them: third party sites which are compatible with the I-Pod.

Secondly, since multiple people use this machine, how can I make sure that music from the I-Tunes purchased playlist does not end up on someone else's I-Pod. Is it as simple as creating multiple playlists for everyone.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Have you ever used www.emusic.com ? I want to see if other people on here use it and there experiences with the site. I have also been told to check out transmission so i guess i will look into it.

We don't condone the use of P2P services like Limewire here. To the OP: What are the songs that you want?

eMusic is a pretty good alternative to iTunes, but it falls short in terms of its selection and ease of use. I wrote a piece about it on my blog here:

iTunes Music Store Special Report, Part 5: eMusic — A DRM-less Alternative Denki News

I've also heard that it may be possible to buy a pre-paid iTunes card from the country whose store you want to use, but I haven't actually tried that.

Do the other people have different user accounts?
