I have got some songs I have on my Ipod and not on my computer. So how to put them on? Or is that illeagal?

Using one of the million billion third party apps written to do that.

It is not illegal, Apple just doesn't want to make it easy.

i use ephod to transfer from my windows pc. i find its much easier then itunes. try ipodlounge.com
