i thought i should see if i can fix this problem before i have to go to apple.

when im in iTunes, and i put a song on, or a playlist, or anything thats not a video, my iPod erases everything but what i put on. and im using the same computer that i always use for my ipod.

the same thing for videos, when i put a new video on my iPod it erases everything except what i just put on.

i have a 30GB Video if that helps.

DO NOT send it to Apple. Check your iPod synching preferences in iTunes.
