I get an error message with an exclamation folder. It wasn't dropped or anything, it just stopped playing. I've tried everything that Apple suggests, and nothing works. I've tried restoring it back to factory settings, and an error message comes up saying 'the requested resource was not found'.

Any help?

I believe the battery is weak.
possible hard disk is faulty.

When that happened to mine, I did the restore back to factory settings, etc. and all the stuff .. ended up having to take it back and they gave me a new one. Something about the drive
