My wife's cousin had her PC crash on her and she lost $100 worth of itunes songs (needed reformat of hard drive). She failed to back up her songs because she didn't know Apple's policy of not allowing re-downloading of already purchased songs. Has there been any change in the policy to anyone's knowledge? Has anyone heard of any stories of people calling apple and gettting them to change their mind in certain situations? Is my wife's cousing out of luck or is there some way for her to re-download her music?
