With leapord coming soon. Do you think that the interface and colour scheme will change on the ipods? Maybe with an update?

Nah. iPod interfaces don't really change with OSes. As the iPod OS becomes more advanced, yes we will see some updates. I wouldn't be surprised to see an interface like the tv.
