iResq for iPod (formerly iPodResQ)
I used them when my Titanium PowerBook G4 hinge broke. They repaired it quickly and sent it back to me quickly. I ordered it, they overnighted me a box, I overnighted the computer to them, they fixed it, and overnighted it back to me. Took 3 days total. $270.
They quote $109.00 for first generation video iPod screens ($80 if you want to install it yourself), and $119 for second generation (60% brighter) screens ($90 if you want to install it yourself).
Apparently the brighter screen works with both first and second gen video iPods.
