I purchased my father a new video iPod 30 gig and he loves it. He's put so much music on it and some sermon CD's and he uses it with his PC (Yuck... I use Mac.. but that's another post). What he wants to do: have random playback with only his music that doesn't include his sermon CD's. The Advice I gave him... create a playlist with only the music in it that he wants to have played back randomly on his iPod. Then select shuffly when he's in the list. The Problem... It playsback the SAME random order every time you do this.

New Problem (or same old problem): Is there anyway to either play back a playlist that will be Truly random, or is there a way to classify his sermons in a manner that the iPod doesn't see it as music.. but as an audio book or something.

Thanks
