Where can I find what KBPS or bit rate the different files are recorded at. What is the ACC and AIFF KBPS.

For raw audio ... sampling frequency * bit depth. Multiply by 2 for stereo.

I don't really understand your question. Do you want to know the bit rate of a particular file? Or certain files in general? ACC files can be any one of a number of bit rates. AIFF may have a fixed bit rate, though.

Go into View menu --> View options (or right-click on the column headers in iTunes) and select "Bitrate"/"Data rate", and iTunes will show a Bitrate column that will tell you exactly how many Kbps a song is encoded at.

For individual songs, this information can also be found in the Information window --> File menu --> Information


If you wish to change the format and bitrate YOUR OWN ITUNES imports CDs at, you can do so in iTunes Preferences... --> Advanced --> Importing
