I have my powerbook (10.4) plugged into external speakers and use itunes as my primary music source.
When music is playing, and I leave the laptop running, but physically close it, the music stops.
Can I keep itunes playing (through the headphone jack) when I close my laptop?

Should I be wary of overheating on my PowerBook G4 1.33Ghz if I am playing Music and Video through my laptop with the lid closed?

Is there some reason that you need to close the lid?
