I just got my orange Shuffle and its pretty damn cool. But.

So I plug it in and iTunes opens up. Then if I click autofill, it will erase the iPod and reload 1GB of songs on it (rather slowly too i might add).

But how can I make it so when I plug it in, iTunes opens up and AUTOMATICALLY autofills? That way I don't even have to think about it. Just leave it in the dock when not in use, and every time I grab it, I have a new batch of music.

I also noticed that its formatted in FAT. I tried reformatting it in HFS+ but when I restored the iPod from iTunes, it went back to DOS whatever.
