No shortage of stock in Raleigh NC store

Called Raleigh store at 10:30 and verified they still had phones. Arrived 11PM and walked out with an 8GB.

Are we so used to product shortages at lauch that this seems out of place? Or was the hype machine responsible for the "perceived" shortage...

Tons and tons of 4GB and 8GB models at the Christiana Mall Apple store in Newark, DE.

Brought home an 8GB one... walked in at 8:00pm, walked out a 8:10pm. And no sales tax.

I'm kinda laughing at all the people who stood in line for hours in Philadelphia. 45 minute drive to Newark, DE, no line and no sales tax.
