Moderators, if this needs to be posted someplace else, please let me know.

Since the iPhone does not act either as a wireless modem or a usb tethered modem, I am exploring my options when I need that. First question: any speculation about when Apple/AT&T might add that function?

Second question: has anyone had any success with the Option GT Max 3.6 PC/Mac ExpressCard Wireless Broadband Card or the Sierra Wireless AirCard 875U USB modem with any Macbook Pro?

I'm looking around for the same info. So there is an ExpressCard version too? Cool!

I bought the Option GT card and it seems to work pretty well. I haven't tested it in 10.5 yet though.
