do you know how to add a custom ring tone? it's the same process except you add the icons or logo
let me know if you want instructions, I can PM you because I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post instructions as it is from a different site

I love this. 12 hours later and no link.
Yes, I know how to change ringtones. Which file do I have to change for the graphics?

Aren't you being a tad bit defensive? The instructions to change the logo are on the same site as the ones you used to change the ringtones. I found it easily before he posted the link.

Yes, they're on the same site, but the front page doesn't have a direct link. Also, I spoke DIRECTLY to the person who owns the site on IRC who, at the time, didn't have a link to the artwork page ready. Also, there's no cross-linking on both sites. Also, the link to the site isn't on hackint0sh.
When I wrote my first post, I put a link in it.
So what's your point?

Neither one of you invented the process, so I'm not sure it matters that much who posts what. Maybe we need a general hacking thread?

I didn't invent the process, but I did keep in close contact with the dev team during the process and try things out for them.

does it matter who did what first? this isn't elementary school
what matters is that we can share it so others can mod their phones if they wish to

Yes, there is. That's how I found it.
Just that if you were interested in what he posted, you could've found it like I did instead of complaining that he didn't include a link. That's all.

Have any of you guys tried to rearrange the icons on the home screen yet. I was checking out this thread over at the Howard Forums and found this.

Then go through the with jailbreak, but navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/ then type "rmdir DisplayOrder.plist" to removed the original then "putfile DisplayOrder.plist" to add the new one.
