Two questions:

1) Is there a way to find the iPhones MAC address so it can be entered into an Access Control list on an airport router?

2) Does iPhone remember closed Airport networks and automatically join them or do you have to manually enter the name each time or select the network each time?

There's an entry for "wi-fi Address" in the "About" settings pane. I think that may be it.

No, it'll remember and connect automatically until you tell it to forget. It would be seriously annoying to have to enter that info each time.

Yep.
