Either send in your own, or you can buy a pre coloured one for a charge on top of the iPhone price. They have the usual range of solid and metallic colour, and the aluminium back, black plastic bottom, frame, logo and button can be custom coloured.
Had a quick go and made a silver/black combo that looks pretty good to me..
And another go just to make it as wrong as possible  .

Some of the color combinations look pretty slick. I wish I had the balls to go ahead an use this service. Any idea as to how well the new paint will hold-up to scratches and whatnot?

I'm curious to know how the colorware thing looks. What kind of paint do they use? Do they sand it down and paint it and then seal it or something? For how much it costs, it must be a good job (I'd hope!)...

Yes, that last one is definitely as 'wrong as you can go.'
I've read good things about the job they do, but have never known anyone whose gotten it done, personally.
