Have you guys seen this? The thread on Engadget has comments saying it actually works. I'm at work right now so I can't try it out. Windows only unfortunately.
It's pay software, and it mucks with your iPhone's software, so I would definitely use with caution. There's an official solution for ringtones on the way. I would recommend waiting for it.
