Does anyone know how to get the calendar to stop giving audio and vibrate alerts? I've tried turning them off from the "Settings" but to no avail - it keeps on chirping and vibrating when a reminder goes off.

If you use Outlook you can make sure that the reminders are off on each appointment. I always turn them off while entering each appointment and they do not bother me on iPhone. I suspect in Entourage you can do the same thing. I suspect you set your phone alarm to ring + vibrate and that is why reminders do both.
