I am trying to use floola (floola.com - Wiwi - Home) to copy my ipod music on to my hard drive into neatly sorted folders. however, it glitches out whenever there is and unknown character (such as an ampersand). Is there some sort of "find and repace" tool for the tags of files on your ipod?

If all you want to do is copy music off the iPod, try iPodDisk instead.

I'm not quite sure I see the point of floola other than for people who are on Linux or desperate to avoid using iTunes.
