I want to change my iPod's format from Windows to Mac on my MacBook, but restore doesn't work, there apears message " Could not contact iPod updates server". Pleas help me!

Sounds like your machine is not online when you try to restore.

It needs to be in order to receive the latest version of the iPod software.

Actually it is online when I try to restore it, that's the point.

Have you updated all software on your MacBook (under the Apple menu)?

iTunes store couldn't be conected as well, seems that my iTunes haven't internet conection. That may be the reason why I can't restore it.

Do you have Little Snitch installed or anything else that might block access to the outside world for iTunes? Router?

Noupp! Ihavent installed anything like that. I found in apple homepage forum this what "zwerd" says, but it seems that they havent problems with iTunes conection.http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache...=clnk&cd=6
