Do you think the new user interface could make its way to the 5.5 iPod via firmware update/ haxie / other or is it one of the features you'll get for buying a new one ?

I was wondering. Even if it didn't do full-on coverflow, some of the other enhancements might be nice.

I wish this would even work on a 5G iPod, I don't see why the firmware couldn't be updated on the 5 and 5.5 G iPods for this to run, I mean, the iPod Classic can't be too different under the hood?!?!
